Information

Greece: Odyssey 2018
For this course, you will travel to Greece during the week of WVU Spring Break Recess, 2018.  While there, the class will visit and explore the Greek communities of Athens, Kalambaka-Meteora, Delphi, Olympia, Mycenae, and Nafplion, experiencing contemporary and learning about ancient Greek culture and life.

Information: Athens has been the center of Greek civilization for some 4,000 years. The capital of modern Greece, it’s still dominated by 5th-century-B.C.E. landmarks, including the Acropolis, a hilltop citadel topped with ancient buildings such as the colonnaded Parthenon temple. But it’s also a contemporary city, and it’s not uncommon for the nightlife hubs of Kolonaki, Psiri and Gazi to stay busy until dawn.

HUM 113 - Greek Odyssey - 1 credit

Billing for the programs will occur upon registration into the courses associated with the Education Abroad program in STAR. The payment deadlines for the program will be the same as WVU Semester Tuition and Fees. Students will receive correspondence from OGA with registration instructions upon acceptance into the program after the application deadline. All payments are due in full before trip departure. Payments can be made through STAR or by contacting the Mountaineer HUB.
