Trinidad & Tobago: Tropical Animal & Veterinary Experience

Trinidad VetThis study-abroad service-based course is designed to provide students hands-on experience with Tropical Animal Health and Disease, Livestock and Wildlife, while engaging in service learning at a Veterinary School and Hospital, and at Governmental and non-Governmental farms and Zoos. Students will also gain further exposure to tropical animal science by accompanying government and university Veterinary Health professionals on service calls, farm tours and student practical exercises.

Billing for the summer 2017 programs will occur upon registration into the courses associated with the Education Abroad program in STAR. The payment deadlines for the program will be the same as WVU Summer Semester Tuition and Fees. Registration will occur in mid-April, students will receive correspondence from OGA with registration instructions upon acceptance into the program after the application deadline. All payments are due in full before trip departure. Payments can be made through STAR or by contacting the Mountaineer HUB at (304) 293-4006.
